Using a clean room we apply the dry powder to your items. This powder is eco-friendly and applied to the metal using natural electricity. The powder adheres to the metal and once it is coated we put it in one of our ovens to cure the powder on the metal using temperatures up to 475 degrees. This heat process combined with the pre-treatment will provide high quality finishes for all metals, steel and other materials.
